FYBAK offers to his customers the delivery expenses in Colissimo (french post) to metropolitan France and Monaco if the total amount of the order is equal or superior to 39 € TTC.
* The indicated extensions are usual average deadlines and correspond to the deadlines of treatment and delivery.

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the process of order. The indicated deadlines are usual average deadlines and correspond to the deadlines of treatment and delivery. Any possible overtaking can give on place to damages, restraint or cancellation of the command by the customer.
In case of delay in delivery with regard to date initially fixed, the customer will have to indicate it by e-mail to FYBAK (contact@fybak.com) so we will proceed to a investigation with the Post office.
A investigation with the post office can last until 21 working days. If during this deadline, the product is found, it will be rerouted at once in the place of residence of the customer. During this period, FYBAK will not proceed to any refund or exchanges. After this deadline of 21 days, FYBAK will proceed, at its own expenses, at a new shipping of the ordered products or at the refund of the order according to the choice of the customer
FYBAK would not be considered responsible for a delay of delivery or for no delivery in case the customer will not have indicated a complete and correct delivery address. The return of a parcel which was not able to be delivered by a lack of information in the delivery address will be charged 10 euro TTC.
In case of credit card payment, the deadline is about 3 working days after the validation of the order, the indicated deadline is an average deadline and corresponds to the deadline of treatment and to the delivery of products to metropolitan France and Monaco.
In case of payment by check, the order will be handled in reception of the check. Consequently, the applicable deadlines in this case are the ones based on the day of reception of the check and can be thus modified with regard to those mentioned in the day by the signing of the order.
At reception of the order, the customer has to verify the correspondence of his order and has to inform FYBAK by e-mail (contact@fybak.com) or by telephone 00 33 811 260 122 of any abnormality concerning it order, under 24 hours during the working days, Monday following for a reception on Saturdays. After this deadline, FYBAK would not be considered responsible for a not corresponding delivery.
For other destinations, the customer has to contact FYBAK (contact@fybak.com) for an estimation shipping price.
Regarding Switzerland, all prices are not inclusive VAT. However, customers will be accountable for Swiss taxes at reception of the goods.
Any possible overtaking cannot give any place to damages, restraint or cancellation of the order by the user.
The proposed products are in accordance with the current French legislation. The responsibility of FYBAK cannot be engaged in case of non compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is up to the customer to verify with the local authorities the possibilities of import or use of products or services which he intends to order. Also, the customer remains the importer of the product and will deal personally with customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or taxes of State susceptible to be required. FYBAK declines any responsibility in case of non compliance by the customer of the legislation of the country where he introduced the product.
