The adjustment of bracelets on simple request.
Very simple: on the Watches' or 'Bracelets product', enter the option size of your wist
Take a band of paper and turn it around your wrist or take one of your own bracelet, measure the length and indicate it (in centimeters) in the option on the item.
If you have measured with a paper strip, add about 1 cm further. We will remove or add links to adapt to the size indicated. If we remove the links, we will send them along with the watch / bracelet.
A further period of 24 hours worked, however, is necessary for this service.
If we change the band (adding or removing links), the withdrawal period is 7 days (instead of 30 offered) and you must also return links.
Free Delivery 
FYBAK offers to its customers the delivery expenses or charges in Colissimo to metropolitan France and and Monaco for orders of 39€ and over.
We also provide you with a summary of delivery expenses and times
Express delivery
Validated order placed before 6pm from Monday to Friday are processed the same day and handed to the carrier the following morning so that they can be delivered to you in the best time.
Follow your order
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after you have ordered and another e-mail when your order is dispatched with your Colissimo or chronopost tracking number.
You can then follow your order on www.coliposte.net or www.chronopost.fr.

Shop in confidence
In order to secure your payments, confidential data (16 digits card number, expiry date, visual cryptogram) are sent encrypted on FYBAK server using the security standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer), currently the most reliable and most widely used on the internet. Your card number and expiry date remain encrypted at all time on the network. Bank account data are not stored on our server. We accept payment by credit cards, checks, transfers and by PAYPAL (see Terms and Conditions)
30 days to change your mind
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it. You will be fully refunded. The legal deadline is of 7 days as of the date of reception of the order. With FYBAK you have up to 30 days to return the items if you didn't ask for modification of the bracelet (see Terms and Conditions). Time to think!
