Every person can join free of charge the www.fybak.com site to participate in the loyalty program. You will be automatically credited with 10 points without any commitment.
A customer registered on the site can sponsor the persons (friends, family) to inform them about new products and the promotions of the online shop.
How to sponsor your friends
Connect to your FYBAK account then go to the section 'Manage your loyalty points' in your customer space.
Populate the email addresses of your godchildren in fields planned for that purpose
Click "Confirm".
Your godchildren will receive by e-mail, an invitation from your part to come to discover FYBAK web site, accompanied by their code to be registered during their inscription. At their first order, you will be credited with 20 points.
Number of points given during the opening of customer account: 10
Number of points given to the godfather when a godchild places his first order: 20
The customer can visualize his loyalty points accumulated thanks to a direct access: Sponsoring and loyalty then in the section ' Manage your loyalty points ' in your customer space.
During his registration on the site, the Internet user guarantees the exactness of all the supplied information and will be only responsible for any erroneous, incomplete or obsolete indication.
Accumulation of loyalty points
After every validated order (Paypal, bank card) and after the extension of time to return the product, every subscriber to the loyalty program sees itself credited with the loyalty points according to the indication of every selected Fybak products. The loyalty points cannot be transferred to another person.
How to use loyalty points
With your loyalty points you can order only FYBAK products. On the page Sponsoring and loyalty, you can visualize the list of articles that you can exchange according to you points.
Loyalty points are valid two years as from the end of calendar year during which they were credited. Every person who asks for the cancellation of its account necessarily has to convert its loyalty points at the latest 6 months after the date of cancellation of its account. Loyalty points converts after this deadline will automatically be cancelled.
Loyalty points cannot be transferred to another account.
