The adjustment of bracelets on simple request.

Take a band of paper and turn it around your wrist or take one of your own bracelet, measure the length and indicate it (in centimeters) in the option on the item.
If you have measured with a paper strip, add about 1 cm further. We will remove or add links to adapt to the size indicated. If we remove the links, we will send them along with the watch / bracelet.
A further period of 24 hours worked, however, is necessary for this service.

Sizes are expressed in European Ring Sizes. The ideal size will fit comfortably and be tight enough to prevent the ring from accidentally falling off. Use of chronograph

A chronograph watch possesses a needle placed in the center of the movement called "sweep second hand", being able to be at will started up, stopped and returned to its starting point.
The chronograph possesses 3 functions:

1) Starting up

2) Stop

3) Reset to zero

How to Use a chronograph:

1) Start:

Exercise a pressure on the button A.

2) Stop:

Exercise again a pressure on the button A to stop the sweep second hand in the precise point where it was during the pressure.

3) Reset to zero:

Exercise a pressure on the button B to return the sweep second hand to its point of departure

Button A: starting up and Stop (Ruling)

Button B: put back (handed) to zero of the chronograph

FYBAK offers to his customers the delivery expenses in Colissimo (french post) to metropolitan France and Monaco if the total amount of the order is equal or superior to 39 € TTC.

International Shipping

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the process of order. The indicated deadlines are usual average deadlines and correspond to the deadlines of treatment and delivery. Any possible overtaking can give on place to damages, restraint or cancellation of the command by the customer.

In case of delay in delivery with regard to date initially fixed, the customer will have to indicate it by e-mail to FYBAK (contact@fybak.com) so we will proceed to a investigation with the Post office.
A investigation with the post office can last until 21 working days. If during this deadline, the product is found, it will be rerouted at once in the place of residence of the customer. During this period, FYBAK will not proceed to any refund or exchanges. After this deadline of 21 days, FYBAK will proceed, at its own expenses, at a new shipping of the ordered products or at the refund of the order according to the choice of the customer

FYBAK would not be considered responsible for a delay of delivery or for no delivery in case the customer will not have indicated a complete and correct delivery address. The return of a parcel which was not able to be delivered by a lack of information in the delivery address will be charged 10 euro TTC.
In case of credit card payment, the deadline is about 3 working days after the validation of the order, the indicated deadline is an average deadline and corresponds to the deadline of treatment and to the delivery of products to metropolitan France and Monaco.

After this deadline, FYBAK would not be considered responsible for a not corresponding delivery.

For other destinations, the customer has to contact FYBAK (contact@fybak.com) for an estimation shipping price.
Regarding Switzerland, all prices are not inclusive VAT. However, customers will be accountable for Swiss taxes at reception of the goods.

Any possible overtaking cannot give any place to damages, restraint or cancellation of the order by the user.

The proposed products are in accordance with the current French legislation. The responsibility of FYBAK cannot be engaged in case of non compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is up to the customer to verify with the local authorities the possibilities of import or use of products or services which he intends to order. Also, the customer remains the importer of the product and will deal personally with customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or taxes of State susceptible to be required. Waterproof level of watches

Watches are made of mechanical and electronic parts which don’t stand water or humidity (attacks). The waterproof level of a watch can be defined as its water resistance.

The waterproof level of watches is defined in ATM (atmospheric pressure). All our watches have a waterproof level of 3 ATM.

Salt, perspiration, perfume, or chemical products attack the joints of the watch and reduce the duration of the waterproof level. We suggest you regularly check the good condition of the watch: bezel, crown, crystal and joints. Don’t use the outer bezel and the crown in while in the water and check these parts before going in the water to avoid any future disappointments.

Origin of ceramic

The ceramic is paradoxically a very ancient and innovative material.

It is a very ancient material indeed since the first ceramic products date from the end of the Neolithic Age (vases, jars and cups). Ceramics refer to clay which has gone through high-temperature heat-treatment.

Its especially smooth touch makes it very innovative. The industrial ceramic, is the result of the integration of chemistry technics and the evolution of the chemistry technics. The high-tech ceramic consists of mineral powders and chemical ingredients making it stainless, unscratchable and unchanging.
On the international Moths scale of hardness diamond has a hardness of 10 and high-tech ceramic has a hardness of 9 well ahead of steel.
Another evident characteristic of the ceramic is its capacity to make colors (generally white and black) very brilliant without any alterations as time goes by.
High Tech Ceramic is well known for its durability and is therefore used in a wide range of (high-tech) applications: as a shield material for space shuttle in the aerospace industry, in car brakes, mobile phone, television…

It is at the end of /the nineties /that the ceramic became associated with the fashion industry and more particularly with watches. In 2000 Jacques Helleu, then, art director of a very well known French fashion house (the logo with two C intertwined) launches a sport watch that combines design and technological innovation. Gradually, watches and ceramic jewels became more accessible and the arrival of the company FYBAK specialized in this domain is going to accelerate this evolution.

In its watches and jewels Fybak uses the High-tech ceramic with zircon (oxide of zirconium) renowned for its hardness and its excellent steadiness as time goes by. Although the ceramic is a very resistant material, it remains nevertheless sensitive to shocks and to the falls.
